What's behind the name, karank?

I don’t know if any one is interested in knowing this story.
The name Karank has a short story. My dad had a car that I inherited. I was not a loving & caring driver. The car's cosmetic was closer to junk.  However, it was running perfectly may be with a little …well, a lot of noise to the point that we couldn’t hear each other if we talked.  The mechanics said the noise was caused by the crank shaft and since the slang pronunciation of crank is karank ... hence the car’s name became Karank.

Unfortunately, I don't have a picture of my car, but I found this picture on the net and funny enough it is the same colour, condition and both are using the same technology, I mean the "push" technology to start the car :) After starting, it runs perfectly.

I had karank.com for many years, it did change a lot through the years. Karank was the name of my first car Fiat 125p - 1973. I decided to use it for my memories and a place to vent.
